Dorados families,

The 2026 summer swim season is almost here.  I wanted to give everyone some reminders about what to expect:

• Practice starts on Monday, April 27
  • 9-10 years old 4:45 - 5:45 pm
  • 5-6 years old 5:45 - 6:15 pm
  • 7-8 years old 6:15 - 6:45 pm
  • 11 and up 6:30 - 7:46 pm (with 15 minutes of dry land drills before swim – BRING TENNIS SHOES!)

• If your swimmer is 8 or under, remember you need to stay at the pool with them
• Parent meetings - we will hold three parent meetings to review expectations and to answer questions.  Please plan to attend at least one of the sessions.  The meetings will be held in the breezeway outside of the pool and usually take 20 to 30 minutes.

• Reminder that we have to validate birth dates this year (switching to the new software), so if you haven't already brought the information by, please do this during the first week of practice.  
• We will be having a junior coaches meeting on Sunday, April 26.  There will be a separate email on this to our 12 and up swimmers with more info.  
• For those that ordered swim suits, they should get here this week and we'll pass them out at practice.

I'm really looking forward to an amazing season of Dorados swimming.
