Practice Schedule
**2026 Practice Schedule**
(Practice times may be adjusted after first week of practice in response to actual enrollment)
Practice is available 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Swimmers are not penalized for NOT swimming; however, your expectations on performance should be consistent with level of effort.
April 27th (Monday) through May 21st (Thursday)
- 9-10 years old 4:45 - 5:45 pm
- 5-6 years old 5:45 - 6:15 pm
- 7-8 years old 6:15 - 6:45 pm
- 11 and up 6:30 - 7:46 pm (with 15 minutes of dry land drills before swim – BRING TENNIS SHOES!)
May 22 (Friday)
- 11 and up 7:30 am - 8:30 am
- 5-6 years old 8:30 am - 9:00 am
- 7-8 years old 9:00 am - 9:45 am
- 9-10 years old 9:45 am - 10:45 am
No practice on May 25th Memorial Day
May 26th through June 19th
MONDAYS ONLY - evening practice due to pool maintenance
- 9-10 years old 4:45 - 5:45 pm
- 5-6 years old 5:45 - 6:15 pm
- 7-8 years old 6:15 - 6:45 pm
- 11 and up 6:30 - 7:46 pm (with 15 minutes of dry land drills before swim – BRING TENNIS SHOES!)

Champ/Reserve practice is an INVITATION ONLY post season activity
June 22nd through June 26th
TUESDAYS through FRIDAYS - morning practice
- 11-18 years old 8:00 - 9:00 am
- 5-10 years old 9:00 - 10:00 am*
(*including any 9-10 year olds who were already swimming 11-12 year old practice)
Practice Rules:
Please have your child at the pool ready to swim 5 minutes before practice starts. This will maximize pool time. There is NO supervision available before or after practice. ALL children age 8 and under must be supervised by their parent, or other designated adult.
During practice, the coaches need to concentrate their attention on the swimmers in the pool. Therefore, the coaches request that any questions/comments be held until the end of the practice. Parents are welcome to observe practices, but are asked to allow the coaches to do their jobs unimpaired.
