To everyone interested in being a junior coach for the Dorados this year,

We will have a mandatory junior coaches meeting / training on Sunday, April 26, at 4:00 pm at the El Lago Pool.  If you haven't already turned in your application, then you may still turn it in on that day.  Here is what the agenda will be:

• Review of Junior coach expectations - Paul and Kate
• Plan / review of swimming skills / strokes that will be taught - Kate and other coaches
• Scheduling for the first week of practice and plan for handling schedules throughout the season - Elliot, Kate, and Paul
• Communication expectations - Paul
• Answer questions - All
• Application review - Paul

If you have situation where you cannot attend the meeting, please contact me by Friday, April 24, so I can make other arrangements to meet with you.
