Dorados Families,

We are off to a great first week.  The kids are excited and having fun!  The coaches are doing great and everyone is getting back into a rhythm.  Thank you all for making the start of swim season go so smoothly.  There is one more opportunity to attend the parent meeting.  That is tomorrow, Thursday, at 5:45 pm.  I'm also attaching the handout to this email. 

Registration is now officially closed.  If anyone has a friend that still wants to join, have them send me an email and I can get them on a waiting list if we have some spots open up.

A couple of reminders:

• If you haven't shown your proof of age / birth date for your swimmers please try and get that done this week.  We just need to see something official with their birth date on it (birth certificate, passport, military ID, state ID, etc.).
• We really want to encourage everyone to download the Swimtopia app if you haven't already and turn on notifications.  This will be the best way to get cancellation notices due to weather.  Hopefully everyone got my final test alert message earlier today.  (sorry for the multiple one, took me a bit to figure out the new system).  You can download the app in the app store or from our Swimtopia site: https://ellago.swimtopia.com/

Speaking of weather, we are keeping an eye on it, especially Friday; so please look for notices that afternoon in case we need to make a last minute cancellation.
