Doradao Team Picture and Meet sign up
Dorados families,
Several Important reminders.
First, today we will be doing our team picture and individual swimmer shots, as well as handing out t-shirts and swim caps. Please have your swimmer there by 5:45 for the team photo. We will line up the kids at 5:45 and then take the team photo as soon as everyone is lined up. If you are not there by 5:45, you might not make it in the team photo. Our wonderful photographer will be there starting at 4:00 and be available until 7:00 for individual pictures (except when he is taking the team picture). The best thing to do is show up early, get your swimmer's individual photo done and then you are already there for the team photo. We will have a second opportunity for individual photos on June 1, but this is the only opportunity to be in the team photo.
Second, if you haven't declared for the meet on May 23 (away meet against the Nassau Bay Nauticats), please do so today. We have to close the file tonight so it can be sent over to the other team and so both coaches can assign events to our swimmers. It is important that you go in and declare whether you are going or not.
Finally, the weather this week looks a bit dicey, so make sure you have the app with notifications turned on so we can alert you if practice needs to be canceled.
